Champion Select - Voting to kick player

So I have played many league matches. I love this game, but there are some things I just absolutely hate. I have been playing since before season 1, and it is not getting better. I queue up for solo/duo queue and there are players straight from the get go that live to make the game horrible. They are rude, toxic, and downright horrible to be around. They join champion select and start being toxic from the very start. So I am thinking that it would be a good idea to have an option to kick a player from champion select. They would receive a penalty of not being able to join games for a duration of time. That way you could weed out the players who live to make the game as horrible as possible. It could even lead to the account being suspended for multiple offenses as well. You could make it where they would need 3 out of the 4 players to vote yes in order for it to pass. Assuming that they are duoing with a friend. I know that there could be some flaws in something like this, but I think the good it would bring to the game would HEAVILY outweigh the bad that can come from it. If anything you could just look into trying it out and see if it works. I honestly believe this would be an awesome addition to the game.
