Rift Herald buff replacement

I was thinking that instead of Rift Herald giving a somewhat mediocre buff to one ally, it could instead give something legitimately useful to top lane. A portal.

When Rift Herald dies, it creates a one way portal too its rift from the killing teams nexus. Standing in the nexus portal for 3 seconds will move a player to the rift. (can only be used once every 60 seconds)

What this does (in addition to helping the top to back more) is help the jungler get into top fast, and make it easier to gank frequently.
