Ekko needs a ginat nerf

Hello, so Riot if you see this, which you need to, ekko needs a big nerf. I'm very annoyed how ridiculous you made this champion. His Q is a long range and relatively large skill shot, his w is a sheild and stun( I might add that this stun is incredible too long), his e is a gap closer, and his ult does MASSIVE damage. Not to mention his passie giving him stacks to just cripple opponents in trades.

I suggest a mana cost to his R (why didnt it have one before????) A reduction of base mana and ablility power(that or ap per lvl) A reduction to the stun time on his W (it basically gets him a free kill every time) And finally a reduction of base move speed because he already gets that with most builds (luden's echo or lichbane) and he gets extra move speed with his kit too(still dont understand that)
