Relic Shield's orbs should have a special effect when close enough to an ally for it to proc

Just as a QoL thing, I think maybe the orbs should change color, glow brighter or do something when close enough to an ally. Usually this only really becomes relevant to me when walking to lane and my adc is lagging behind.
