Aatrox Anyone?

Does anyone know of any high Elo players who play Aatrox well/often? Does anything make him viable lately? If anyone from Riot sees this, do you all have any plans to buff or change him? He feels so underwhelming, and I love his character design, but seriously, he feels SOOOO weak.
