a test for all the summoners

Hello ... this is an idea and I hope you will use it ! What about a test for all the players to determinate the ability and skill they got . because a lot of summoners even from the same division play very differently. I mean some bronze 5 play better than a silver 5 . this is not fare ... i mean one day a totaly distroyed and diamond ... maybe he had a bad day ... another time i fought much better than a platinum. I am not saying that i am better but it would be better play with summoners with the same skill. This is all , I hope it will help a lot of player ! :X Have a good day.

Yea my bronze 5 friend rekt me while I was first time poppy. He definitally deserves to be gold V cause he beat me.
