is this build work in SR ?

hi , i got teemo in aram and forget to change runes so i started the game with full tank runes and masteries i thought it lost game but i will build tank anyway Teemo item 3116 item 3022 item 3102 item 3143 item 3065

but the build was awesome in aram .. he did pretty well specially against vlad and riven .. i wonder if this build work well in SR .. and the last slot shold be item 3075 or item 3047

I did that build multiple times. without the rylais. I went for thornmail or warmogs can't remember. you can pretty much solo anyone with it (champs without sustain). I was able to solo an illaoi getting out with more than half my health.
