Duos dont belong in solo queue

They straight up just ruin the gamemode, duos on your team always fragment the team. When someone is duo'ing and you are in the same game you are pretty much always better than them because they get the duo mmr boost and you have your normal mmr. This means they are always individually worse than you. The problem is duos will always do their own thing and break team continuity, I'm so tired of losing games because duos just start soft inting or something because they get mad and refuse to play the game properly. Just get rid of duo'ing in solo queue, it serves no purpose other than a crutch for bad players to think they are good. Duo are always kda players, and enemy duo is always smurfs. Just get rid of it and make everyone happy.

Duo players being in solo queue is actually a requirement to ALLOW duos reasonably, as otherwise every duo requires a 3-stack to match up to, and 3-stacks are nowhere NEAR as common.

So from the looks of it you just dont get along with others, that sir is a YOU problem. I personally like Soloing myself as a support, but i do admit that when one of the lovely ADC that i had the pleasure of playing with invites me to a game the communication itself is a grand boost, we are still solo players in the end, each controlling one champion.

If anything Solo players who take "Pride" in climbing solo are pretty sad, to take pride in a game? grow up.

for me its the opposite, i see Solo queuers start inting because they lose lane and blame it on their team, the reason you lose games is solely based on you.

Duos are healthy and more often than not are rivaled by the enemy team also having a Duo or two. If you want the advantage, Find someone whos good, duo with them, and play as if you were playing solo.

I propose the opposite: that when I duo with my buddy, it feels like ALL 3 OTHER PLAYERS are like 3/10, 0/8, and 1/6, running into the enemy jungle with no vision and all MIA again while not even using their abilities since they're already flaming me and my duo friend that we're not group inting with them.

Yes, I get it, group up. NO, I am NOT going to group up with you if you're running into fog of war with the entire enemy team MIA like a complete fucking r%%%%%, idc how many of you there are. Like, HOW are you even pressuring objectives like that? You're not creating pressure in lanes, you're not even pressuring dragon or baron. You're just fucking soft inting into the enemy team cause "Hurr Durr I saw one go this way!"

It also is the #1 reason for Boosting. Remove Duo and Boosters would have to give access to their accounts to a paid booster (something fewer would do)

If we aren’t allowed to have duos, then it won’t be fun. Find a friend and play with, because playing alone will make you burned out and toxic af without a friend to help sponge it.

Plus, solo break team continuity more than duos, so you might as well have a premise mandatory team of five rather than going solo.

I see your an ADC main, Would it not be benifitial to dou with a support....me being a support main my self....so that you can in voice go...Hey wanna all in them since they half health....Sure...and wipe up the bot lane that just does not have communication and make them start raging at each other, for the fact they both think each other is shit and make an easy lane for myself?

duo que does break the competitive intergity of a solo ladder, because in team orinated game two people activity working together has far more value that just 2 other players. However riot as a company whos most profitable player base is not the hardcore competitive player base and therefore it would hurt the company bottom line if duo que were removed. Thus however bad duo que is for the solo players it is here to stay.
