Why I don't have master tokken 7 for Ahri with Kda 14/0/21?

I played Ahri last night with the Kda 14/0/21. But I don't have any master tokken 7 for Ahri after the match. I hope this mail may help me.

Well probably because you only had 210 cs in a 45 minute game

CS has a stupid amount of importance so 7s.. you need to get all the kills since you have 20 assist that's kills that probably hurt some. On the other hand I've gotten 7s going 2/1/10 ish with an adc but a crap load of cs per minute stealing jungle and other lanes when I was nearby.

I donno how well the game tracks your lane but being slotted in a diff role with said champ would help.

Need 7.5 cs a minute and decent vision score.
