About time that zac needs a buff

Zac really deserves a buff sometimes my jg clear is slow and when i want to fight someone he does some to almost no damage ,He needs that big boi buff

Champions in the Top Ten Never Picked need some serious love, especially the ones with awful win-rates to go with their awful pick rate.

Zac might need a bit of tweaking, though. Might seem like a weird idea but:

Give him Mana as his resource rather than HP. Keep the blob generation on spell cast mechanic, but allow them to be a bonus rather than absolutely required for his survival. It would make playing both as and against him far less awful.
