How come botlane always decide who wins or not?

In Silver, I struggle with teammates who feed their lane. Most of the time I would win lane but 1 person feeds. I keep losing because my botlane is always losing. I know I sound boosted but this happens every time to many others as well. I wish there was a way to help toplane or midlane to make their lane more carriable. Most games are decided by who has a better botlane. If we could make other lanes be able to carry, then this would not be an issue anymore in low elo.

You feed your ass off on Fiora, who can easily 1v9 games and you play Gnar and Kennen who can def make a big impact. You also take tp a lot and you probably never look for bot lane ganks and only use it for getting back to top lane. Don't blame others before you take a look at yourself

And this is why Assassins are important. Just wish snowball was toned down...to nonexistence again.

I don't like the fortification timers on towers. It was changed purely for LCS lane swaps. It's frustrating when you manage to stomp early but can't take that thing down.
