I mostly play teemo top , yet the new tank meta just steps all over him I played teemo JG a couple times and had varying success I don't know if it's my build path I take or it just his kit and the new JG but he has a hard clear until lvl 6 in my case, can someone assist me with a build path or route to take please I need my teemo tokens for m7.

ModJango Mage1 votesNo they are not. Cho is exspecially not meta right now, and Singed is not tanky (early game) he just feels like it thanks to the black seal build, which give an insane amount of hp regen.

Teémò1 voteswhen autoing walk backwards to lessen the damage. When it gets close enough Q to blind then move fast W to move around and kite more. mostly max E, but having 2 points in W won't hurt and will help you ganking lanes. If it isn't for you and you don't want to mid, I'd suggest support teemo. As his auto's proc spell thiefs as well as his mushrooms, so as long as your playing decently you'll make bank well being support. And you can be that annoying teemo you are. 
Don't give a crap what other people tell you because if I ever did I don't remember it. [slayer-jinx-wink]

Dr GigglePuss1 votesIn runes/masteries, be sure to take a lot of armor so you can clear easier.
Use your passive to get the attack speed.
Don't worry about ganks much, just get that jungle item that helps you clear really fast.
Cover lanes when team goes B.
