Why are players allowed to int with no repercussions?

I just had an inting jungler who ignored all b pings and proceeded to give the enemy jungler over 10+ kills for free. Refused to listen at all and baited the entire team to suicide multiple times. Checked his match history and almost every game he has a massive negative kd.

How many games of inting report does it take for something to be done? Why is it ok to int?

It's not just this person either, it seems like people just int and its supposedly ok now.

Lol just played another game and this time enemy team had an inter. It's almost like every game theres an inter.

They will get punished, of course it's not okay to intentionally feed

lol not really, all you have to do is look at their match history and see how much they're feeding to know they're probably inting every game

If they didn't get punished then no one on the lol boards would be making posts like "WTF WHYD I GET BANED RITO PLZ!!!1"

You might see 30 or so games where they have inted but considering they might have literally 1000s of games played it means they have trolled in less than 1% of their games.

They will get banned... eventually.
