Zilean in URF game mode
Zilean W ability doesn't work on 80% CD in URF. I find this unfair because all of the other champion's ability has a massive CD. :/

Yeah, it's URF--you have to expect it, basically. There are a number of champions with cooldown-related mechanics that just don't work in URF. Some of those champions have other compensations for that, though.
yeah its pretty annoying that zilean actually gets relatively shit on in urf bc of that. The only halfway nice thing is that his ult cd is much lower not that it helps against many ppl who can delete you twice without counterplay lol
