i think this newest update is a major let down been an avid player for three years now and after this last update im considering uninstalling... i belive riot has achived the opposite effect they were going for, the masteries are too vague and dont think they complient the available runes as they should, like you cant tailor runes and masteries to specific champs anymore, its a bummer, and what aout the people who spent points on masteries pages???? utterly useless. and no wards in shop. and pots are 50 g now. seriously dissapointed with league aftter this update

Different from the way it's been for years != worse than it was.

Runes haven't really changed, and masteries have bigger impact since there aren't as many stacking things (Flat hp + %hp + %hp>Mana, &c.)

Pots are a little more, but you both get and start with more gp.

You still get to buy pinks, but you automagically have a trinket to get free wards, all the time. Seroiusly, it gives 1 persistent ward ~level 6, and 2 at a time by 11. For Free. If you think you NEED more wards, get one of the sightstones. They give some real stats now too.
