i just played a match of rengar, i got stupid fed and rolled anyone i came across when i wasnt camo'ed but the second you go camo u lose all element of surprise. i know its only day one, and i cant judge any champ too harshly after only one game, but it seems kinda counter intuitive to have a champ go camo just to have ur general location and target leaked instantly to the enemy.

maybe im wrong, but it just seems like currently all rengars ult is good for is corralling the enemy into a position where u cant do anything

im a d5 mid/jg main so i know a bit of what im talking about

i agree, i think that all stealth (camo) champs should have the same exact range regardless of spells or abilities to be seen from. this would allow for consistent use and counterplay. that being said rengar ult should be like tf ult i think that u get a single alter allowing you to know he ulted (globally) but u dont see him nor are alerted extra unless he enters that range like twitch and eve.

another cool concept that i could see working is along the lines with ivern, creating his own brush by reactivating ult. that or the ability to jump from brush to brush while ult is activated etc cause they really did mess with rengar esp with when they implemented the alert to when he was near in general the first time they nerfed it forever ago.

there needs to be intuition rather than dumbing down these champs as the simpler they are made the easier they are to abuse and the worse the skill cap and playability (desire to) is.
