Can't Receive Loot :c

"You are ineligible to earn loot due to previous behavioral restrictions."

What does this mean? and how long does this restriction last? I've gotten chat restricted recently and I want to know how long this will last, I've spent wayy too much on this game and I've already gotten punished, now I'm being punished again?
