I say to all the people that got a PBE account don't you think that Ascension is awesome ? I mean this gamemode got everything, and it's a balanced gamemode where everyone get the same gold and experience. The skill is just something that you need to show in it. Now we'll just have to wait until it it live. Hope this will be the first gamemode in the rotation. See y'a.

IronwallJackson4 votesYeah man, Ascension is rad as hell. I earned my perfect game icon during the event mostly becuase I played it nonstop. Hell, because of the low death timers, even playing field, and point capture gameplay, I got a crash course in how to skirmish with several champion.

Ascension was then very boring and I never played it after getting said Icon.
A Liberal1 votesAscension was fun, but the icon event was horrible. You had to win SO MANY games to get the icons, and the perfect ascension was such bullshit to get. I ended up getting it by playing full tank Mundo and completely abandoning my team after I got it. I was NOT GOING TO LOSE IT.

Leetri2 votesAscension was by FAR my favourite game mode of Riot's. One game I managed to stay Ascended 95% of the game, I swear my heart was racing the entire time. I would play the shit out of it on the PBE if it wasn't for the 300 ping. D:
PapaGreg211 votesI loved that mode as well. The only bad thing is that Akali was so broken on it last time it came out that they nerfed the crap out of her soon after and she has never really recovered.
DorkunedAuras1 votesAkali and Jax were perma ban because of their sustain (Jax always gets bork back then) and their synergies with both AD and AP.
Akali especially got so much AD from the buff that the -50% healing was literally negated by the spell vamp she gained.
