Bring Back Prevent Ban: Yes or No, Why?

Prevent ban used to be possible, but now it isn't. I don't enjoy shadowing a champion and it is banned because my team doesn't want it on their side or does not see we have first pick and can trade. By letting someone ban another persons champion we are creating an environment that is more likely to tilt players. The person who gets their champion banned immediately feel like they need to ban the other persons champion so that it is even, but that person often doesn't shadow because they know it is coming.

We should be able to prevent a ban on our own team because its valuing the opinion of one person who may want the champion banned for unreasonable reasons whereas the person choosing the champ simply wants to play a champion.

Pro: less tilt towards teammates Con: Enemy may pick the champion

Today 3 out of 5 games I played Xerath was banned, allow me to give you the reason for each: "I hate playing with scripters" "I'm helping you expand your horizons" "I don't like one tricks" I really think that this would be beneficial to players who have pocket picks outside the meta.
