Leave buster - why doesn't the champ select come to front?

It's so tedious that you finally get into a game, after 8+ minutes of queue time (estimate 1 minute 30 seconds), and then get leave buster because you're an idiot. By idiot I mean you didn't sit there and watch the 6 bans, all that took 28 seconds, or the first pick, another 28 seconds, or the second / third picks on the other team, each 28 seconds - we're at 4 minutes 20 seconds. For that time you were reading. It is now your turn to pick your char and lock in - but nothing notifies you that it is your turn to pick your char and lock in. So you continue reading why does everyone hate teemo and then at the bottom of your screen the L icon starts blinking, and you now need to wait 6 minutes to queue for 8+ minutes to wait for 4 minutes and 20 seconds to select a champ. Painful. Super painful.

Sure do wish the champ select window would pop up when it was your turn to select a champ, would be super duper.
