Jayce
So i was wondering why Jayce has fallen off as of late? I mean he didnt get gutted at all as of my knowledge and is clearly still powerful, so why doesnt anyone play him.
Thoughts?

has more reliable (mixed, scaling with max hp) damage, hard area CC and grevious wounds.
has high damage (mixed, scaling with max hp) but needs a longer combo which puts him at risk, has more mana issues, no hard CC, no wounds and a mana intensive, rather long CD ranged burst that stops on first target. More downs than ups.
