Something to prevent Players to DODGE! ^^

My point is that often when I want to play a specific Champ in Normal, for example Kayne, I lock it in the Preview. But some Players ban this champ then. The Problem is now, that I just wanted to play this one champ and have fun with it so, because I don't want to play another champ, I dodge. And then I need to wait. I get punished for a bad move from another player. In Ranked I could understand that something, someone previews gets banned, because of the competitive spirit. But in Normals? I thought those where mainly to have fun or to practise a Champ.....

So Riot here my Solution. Previewed champions, can´t be banned in Normals by the own Team. What do u think? ^^
