J4 small changes

Hello fellow summoners and Riot. I've been playing LoL since mid-season 5 (so not very long) and have quite enjoyed playing champions not normally played. J4 is a champion, who is though has a good kit, could go for a small adjustment. His shield from his W feels very weak. This could be amended by changing the flat rate into a max health scaling. And simply adding indicator on targets to inform when his passive will do increases dmg (like nautilus passive) would be a nice add.
