I've been playing normal over and over again but my teams are just trolling and because of that, I cant get any ip. Can someone please send me oriana or lee sin thanks

Play an AD Jungler, or AD Mid.

If you are convinced you can carry the game, an AD Jungler or AD Mid both has roaming power, which through successful ganks means that the sidelanes will begin to snowball. Not only this, you also have objective control, as a rather large chunk of AD champions are extremely good at laying down the DPS to take down towers relatively quickly.

thanks but the thing is that when I play those two roles, they just don't help me ganking the enemies..

I see, that sucks I guess. Though at the same time, that objective control may still be worth it. You can dominate your lane and force down the tower quickly as an AD mid or you can take extremely early dragon control as a Jungler, still.

okay haha but the thing is even if i dominate my lane , my teammates troll... like i can carry i know that im good in my rank but even if i can carry, i cant take 5v1 without any help you know... my teammates wont follow with me and have a teamfights
