shouldn't the games i won with all S ratings be better than bronze one, i always lead in cs every game too

What rank were you last season?
Players are supposed to be dropped atleast an entire league or so. Placements are really meant for new players.
Most people got a demotion. I'd be pretty happy you moved up at all.
I ended bronze 5, won 9 of my placements with S ratings, and got bronze 5 soooo. Consider yourself lucky.
