Ok I see that mages are getting some buffs/tweaks coming soon. I would like to ask any eve player(s) if they could have a buff/tweak what would it be? I would ask riot if eve's W (Dark Frenzy) could remove all CC on her so that I can reach my target(s) but any after CC after that affects me normally. Every other jungler out there has some sort of gap closer be it a dash, jump, or insta move that helps them in their kit. Please let me hear your thoughts on this.
Refocus her more as the assassin she was always meant to be. Make her tanky builds less viable while giving her more damage when she builds damage.
I mostly feel that assassin Eve doesn't have enough combat power even when she's ahead. She loses pretty much every duel, and currently has a hard time eating through the heavy defensive items that even ADCs are carrying (though the Sterak's / Maw nerf will help with that.)
The mechanics on Dark Frenzy are what has Evelynn hovering between a Diver and an Assassin. The reset on Kill or Assist is like an Assassin. But the fact she can be targeted while using it is more in line with a Vi or Sejuani dive. It just doesn't feel good. The only times I really find it useful is when someone tries to get a jump on me and I can use it to run away.
I would like Dark Frenzy to operate more like a two part active. First active she gets a movespeed and CC removal. Then she has a two to three second window where she can reactivate it with a targeted blink on Minion/Monster/Enemy Champion. And if we keep the reset on Kill/Assist, she will still have a reasonable escape.

I'd buff her AP scalings. Even built assassin (The way she's actually designed to be played) while ahead she doesn't stack up to the likes of a moderately well-farmed Rengar.
