Increase Level System Please

So i have been playing league for almost 5 years. I hit level 30 in about the first couple months. And the entire time had fun playing NORMALS, and gaining the xp needed to level up. I play normals now alot, because no matter how hard i try, i cant seem to ever enjoy ranked, from the well, you know what kind of people ranked attract. Dont get me wrong, i have had games there were both fun and competive. But i do believe if we increased the level cap and added perks to increasing level it would bring more enjoyment to normals. any ideas??

30 is nice, but it wouldn't hurt to raise it to say 50? and so you don't have to rework things like masteries and such, you can reward players with things like pick a free rune, get a free rune page at each 5 or 0 (35, 40, etc). Get a free skin/chroma pack at level 50. Or just dole out more IP for the level ups. And keep ranked unlocked at level 30. :)
