Warwick R + Q bug.

I play Warwick a lot and i have found that for the last two patches something was really off. I would ultimate on someone and then use Q to finish them. Except, Q never happened. This is a recurring and reproducible problem but it is also not a consistent problem. There are times when Q works normally after R but others where it takes ~10+ seconds to activate. If Riot can look into this that would be awesome. I love the champion, but this bug can get in the way quite a bit.

same happens with me. WW is one of my fav go to champs, and hes so broken right now i dont want to play him because that gank can turn deadly if q doesnt go off. also some times his w wont go off either, but that is a lot more rare and not as big of a deal as Q

Just experienced this same bug in a match, caused me to feed when attempting ganks because I couldn't use Q or W after ult. It wasn't every time, but it was >50% of the time.
