I'm crying, the could've just lowered the duration of the puddle left on the ground after cask, lowered his base Attack speed (increased p/level though) or even just reduced the early game damage of his passive (not lategame) to stop his easier early game. But the passive damage nerf to all ranks just.... It hurts my heart... (I agree with the Cask mana up, Twitch is not a mana hog and that would keep players from spamming his cask all laning phase)

Increasing the W cost expands on one of his existing weaknesses (mana hungry in lane) without really compromising his gameplay, while the passive nerf removes damage from a relatively unappreciated source, as opposed to hitting his stats. Very subtle.
