Has Karthus been buffed or have colour-blind people been nerfed?

As a colour-blind person the Karthus Karthus ulti and q are nearly impossible to see. I'm not asking for a total colour remake but can there at least be a skin that changes the colour? It would be a big help. Please notice me Riot-senpai!

go to your setting and you can use the color blind mode. If you still can't see,you should also sub a ticket.
