Why are fresh level 30 players being placed with silver level 90 players?

Firebeard3 votesBecause Riot has deemed that a player is sufficiently experienced in the game and it's mechanics enough by level 30 to contend with players of a similar skill level in a more competitive game mode. Honestly, at lvl 102, I don't think I'm much better, if at all, than I was at lvl 75.
