Supports lost their identity

League went from traditional support champs to supports just doing damage and helping the team win through damage.

Like why bother using support's abilities or items when you have a second AP "support" with 400+ damage for the team fights? Thats 400 damage less the enemy team doesnt have.

There's really no need to have traditional supports anymore, just have a champ that can do tons of damage and help your team win the match with damage.

Though, for a long time, supports lost their identity in this game.
