I love waiting almost an hour for a lobby

You know its always fun when your Que times are 48 mins or longer before you get a lobby with a jungler that feeds the game then leaves its before any turret is taken and you get an adc that complains and whines about not being able to do anything but feed because you set up all the kills for him and he walks into melee range to get killed before attacking once with anything.

Good Job Riot.... i may be Level 10 on my account but jesus you know how to let the morons into a lobby that have a much higher skill then them. I normally wouldnt say anything about it, but my god! it hasnt been anything but that on teams i get for the last 7+ games.

FIX THE MATCHMAKING RIOT.
