A Timer Lobby/Melt (Some Interesting Stuff I Thought Up That Does Not Exist In LoL!)

I thought one day, after dodging about 3 times, and getting terrible timers from Riot, "Hey, they should create a lobby where you could join a room where you can chat with random people and join their game, but they're waiting on timers, too! It could be called a Timer Lobby!" Nobody pays any attention to Bronze 5's, so they wouldn't expect this, maybe... (Which I am because I was dumb and played Ranked as soon as I could. Which means that I played Ranked as a somewhat-new person. Whoops.) Anyway, I didn't put much thought into it other than that, and that's when my Timer ran out. I got into Champ Select. Maybe a week ago, I was thinking,"What if Riot added a new Summoner Spell called 'Melt'. It would freeze a champion for 1.5 seconds, and they' take a small amount of damage. The damage would be dealt by the ice melting that they'd be trapped in (kind of like Lissandra's Ultimate)." The "melting" part would be that the ice melts from the head of the champion down to their boots/shoes/feet. But, I don't normally think of things like that. I just like imagining things (rarely) when I'm waiting for something, or if I'm bored.
