How difficult is to adapt each changes from champs

I'm here to complain and let Riot know that is more difficult for an average player keep it up with the changes like nerf then with learning the game itself. PLEASE RIOT STOP nerfing or boosting like it's something good. when you guys do that, you change my whole knowledge of this game. instead, have fun I have to spend time looking what changed, what I'm doing wrong.

I give you an example, I was having a hell to understand how to play against ZOE, she was very powerful but for me, I just consider that I'm a bad player and trying to be better... ok finally, I decide to buy her and get a leak of that power, also to learn her skills etc... you guys come and mess with everything, and I have to read a guy posting on twitter, that you guys prefer to kill the champion before I even learn it? come on be a little more serious, test ut before putting in place... I'm like to play but I hate to lose and I hate to lose because of your fold because you do not care how we are going with it!! so please RIOT stop hating us!!
