Vayne and Jhin

When is vayne getting rework? Don't you think shes too strong in current meta i mean that invis every 1-2sec lategame and true dmg that scales with opponets max hp not to mention that atleast late game you activate that true dmg 1 sec +- everytime you comeout from invis AND her Q packs extra dmg a dash and invis(with ult) not to mention extream movespeed when she chases you i mean maybe only udyr, hecarim and rammus can outrun her. For adc to be able to shred tanks (and everyone else) without carring if they build armor or not is kinda well broken i mean only counter for her is Burst or hard CC but that can't happen if 4 tanks protect her. So can't we(or I) get vayne's rework? i mean keep her kit if you want but give her some dissadvantages like you did with Jhin i mean yes the dude has that insane ad scaling with everything but he has no escapes apart from his crit movespeed that forces you to kite your enemy and honostly kiting can be hard in most situations unless you have low CD dash plus he gets reduced crit chance and no attack speed or a way to increase his reload timer while yes it does go into his move speed but he has exchange that for damage the dude practicly doesn't scale with armor pen and while he has his 4th shot that deals up to 25% missing hp and has guaranteed crit i noticed that even with 800+ ad it doesn't really matter if you're attacking a tank like sion or mundo or any full tank. lets not forget that akward moment when enemy has 30 hp and you have to reload so you give him a chance to kill you or to escape and thats fun. honostly i was a bit dissapointed when jhin got released becouse i was 99% sure that he will have a dash and then he didn't...fuk.But well he is satisfing to play with if you forget that reload time especialy when you kill someone with W or ult :P

Went through some info and noticed that vayne wasn't reworked since 2011-05-10 i know time is not the reason for it to be reworked but knowing that some champs have been rewoked atleast 3 times(Ryze) and their reworks are already planned for near future its kinda strange how Vayne and other champs haven't even been considered for reworks(Ezreal).
