i do not agree. garen is not so op this days. only on low elo cuz most players do not know how to play against him

Here's some context:

Guy went 0-6-0 against Garen as Illaoi. The Garen ends the game with 11-0-2.

Pretty sure he's just plain saying that Garen is broken rather than wanting to admit he's bad.
