What the hell happened?

In the hopes that a more eloquent response will grab the attention and response of an actual human, and not some automated response, I need a reply from a Riot non-automaton. How did you let this game slip through your fucking hands? This game has turned from an enjoyable strategic battle into a fuckfest of the highest order leaving people playing a game of Mario Party with no chance to affect their results. Now, of course, I realize this will only reach you as someone quite low on the totem pole of Riot Games, but please give me your honest reflection and insight on how this game has become so toxic and miserable of a daily 40 minute experience. Should you pass by Marc Merrill, please let him know of my considerable distaste with what has transpired over the course of these past 4.5 years since I've played. And should this response prompt you to look up my goddamn account, I beg you most of all, ban me. You will notice my extreme toxicity; while possibly unwarranted for such malice, do realize that this game has become so lackluster in terms of competitive (and general) enjoyment and impressively overloaded with toxic and ignorant players that I need someone to actively cut my addiction to this awful drain of effort. I would love to have an in-depth, humane conversation with a Riot Games individual who may beg to differ on whether this game has gone to shit (or even if they may agree with me). In the mean time, please pass my message along and ban me. As the great Evanescence once said, WAKE ME UP, SAVE ME. Please, dear god, end this suffering.
