Permaban Kassadin in Ranked

He just eats a ban slot because if by some miracle neither team bans him, then the team that gets him in higher ELOs is at such a disadvantage that it's disgraceful. For perspective I think not a single player who is capable with him at Diamond+ has below 70% win rate with him, and the particularly talented have >90% win rates when he isn't banned. You can see stats on some people with 100+ games at 100% win rate in higher tiers.

Can you please just disable him in ranked? I play mid and I want to play a diverse set of champions, but if I don't ban out Kass people forget and he gets picked, so I can't ban my counters and if I'm not last pick I just have to beat my head on the wall against them. It's the definition of toxic mechanics when just the threat of the existence of a champion makes the gameplay worse.
