im silver 4 and i get placed with a bronze 4

hey riot, just wondering why im getting placed with dogs like these when im silver 4 and bronze 4 players in my game with a 31% win ratio are in my game for no reason. this is why elo hell is so hard to get out of. place your players where they are meant to be and not with a whole rank difference. I can barely climb with players like this in my game and it is very frustrating. I know in some games it can be my fault but when you have a player a whole rank different than yours and to see that in my ranked games doesn't make me want to climb cause what do i accomplish when i am silver and bronzes are still in my game with an obvious skill gap. Some of you might think the obvious answer is mmr. I know mmr is the people you play with and I know that mmr checker the website is not a clear estimate but I think they are alright with knowing what level you are at. So i wondered the differences in MMR between me and the player that trolled my game and it seemed that it was a 300 mmr difference in the website i used. No wonder people cant climb out of silver? just something I wanted to post because i was recently 2 week banned and i am trying to reform and get better and actually climb out of silver and when the put me with players with an obvious skill gap compared to mine its hard for me not to tilt. not to get better. and trying to climb out of silver and get some recognition for my efforts to play the game.
