Hello boys, I really got* pissed when i knew that i can't* play at the korean server cuz i really wanted to play ranked there but I couldnt cuz u know how things going u need a korean id and a phone number or something like that, and i'm here really looking for a Korean to help me out with this please :(

Kukan Seishin2 votesNO If you do not acquire a Korean ID by going to Korea and getting it yourself, it is wrongfully acquired and you are cheating the system. No ID No play on Korean server, they take it very seriously

The only two possible ways are either using someone else's account or using someone else's Korean Social Security Number or iPIN account to sign up. Which is identity fraud and theft.

I guess technically, legality is relative to the country in which the person doing it actually lives in.
Nevertheless, Koreans really aren't better, but have different priorities. From what I've watched, their mechanics and early game are markedly better but their mid to late game is abysmal by our standards.
To say nothing of the ping one would have if they played in a KR server from NA.
Mysticman891 votesYou'd need a korean social security number. Still, you presumably aren't korean, or you'd have one, which means you probably don't live in korea (so you'd have a crappy ping), and you don't speak korean (so you'd have a hard time communicating with anyone).
Sure koreans are really good compared to players from other regions, but trying to play there (especially with a bunch of unrealistic handicaps) won't make you good. If you're at the point where you can reliably poop on diamond+ players in your own region than maybe theres some utility to exploring regional differences and playing with the (potentially better) bests of other regions, but you're probably much better off mastering things on a relatively low ping with people who speak your language first.

Obviously, its a running racial joke. As is the problem with jokes, some people take it too seriously and actually believe being korean makes you superior at league by default
