Any ideas on when Aurelion Sol will be re-enabled?

Been waiting a while now and he's still disabled - as someone who only specifically enjoys certain champs at times, right now he's my only champion I actually enjoy playing and he's still not available to me. So, playing the game, in general, is a boredom and more so the eagerness of awaiting him being re-enabled ... and his skin of course.
