@Riot : URF Disabled Champs?

@Riot Are any champions actually disabled for AR URF?

*[slayer-jinx-unamused]*If there aren't any, please consider disabling Garen and Ziggs. They both make it impossible to lane properly due to instakill-spins from Garen and permablocked lanes with Ziggs' mines/bombs.

Dude My signiture was Deaths Dance and 5 IE's Garen and I had the best time.

If they're not disabled it's probably a bug, or Riot just changed their mind. But they definitely said they would disable them.
