Proof that Riot balances around "LC$BIGPLAYZ"
One of the jungle's flashiest all-stars, Lee Sin's become a rare sight in the professional scene as of late.
Like we mentioned with Gragas and Rek'Sai last patch, teams are optimizing around early-game pressure harder than ever - meaning the healthier you are, the more valuable you'll be. This means that
although Lee Sin is still one of the strongest champions when you want to gank lanes,
falling behind other premier junglers ever-so-slightly in health could mean all the difference when a fight breaks out.
We're nudging Lee's sustain up a notch to keep him healthier in those crucial early levels.
Copy paste of patch notes. I struck out all of the unnecessary fluff for you. Basically, it reads "Even though Lee Sin is one of the strongest gankers, he hasn't been making LC$ Big Playz lately so we're buffing him."
Proof that Riot has no idea what they're doing with this game. They ACKNOWLEDGE his strength and BUFF HIM ANYWAY.
Just thought I'd bring some attention to this, something that could ACTUALLY be a problem, what with all the Yasuo complaining spam everywhere from people who don't know how to play.

lee Sin is not the only one they mentioned LCS on....Gnars changes is a direct result of LCS play too
