I have a question about skill/ping!

Hello everyone, I am a diamond 4 player and I play from Japan. I've never actually played under 150 ping in my life, and I've climbed with just this delay on everything. What are your guys opinion on what would happen if I play on low ping? I play on about 180-250 ping regularly, and there aren't any ping spikes.

Actually the JP server is coming out this spring, so I was wondering if I would come out as a better player, or have to regain my skills?

You would have to adjust to the difference, but it would probably only improve you once you did.

Also, jeez, you're dedicated. I have trouble climbing with 40 ping.

What, I would strangle a baby for 40 ping! You should be happy with what you have ahhahah.

And yeah, I was just thinking though, because for example, Zed's w e q timing probably is much different on 250 ping than 50 ping, and same goes with a lot of other champions, so I just hope it doesn't take forever to get used to it. :/

I play on LA server quite often because I travel for work so I'm not a stranger when it comes to ping.

In all honestly high ping is not as bad as people seem to believe as long as you have decent latency. If the ping stay stable at 200ms it shouldn't be much trouble to you because your own brain will adjust for the difference. With lower ping your dodge skills will improve slighly but nothing out of the extraordinary, keeo in mind that there is a small time to adjust to the new ping so your first games will most likely suck

You're going to love the new server, trust me. Before the NA server move I got 40 ping and it was marvelous, but due to bad weather in combination with the servers being further away from me, my ping is random, but usually in the 150's. Trust me though, it's so amazing when your movements are recognized instantly!
