Pulsefire Ezreal Hextech

I'm just wondering but I unlocked Pulsefire Ezreal from a Hextech chest, I'm just wondering if I receive the Pulsefire summoner banner as well, I received the Icon but was hoping for the banner. I don't mind if I don't since I received an awesome skin in such a cheap way including a icon.

Another question is, will Riot be taking off banners in the new client?

You need to use the Pulsfire icon for the banner on your profile (which I am assuming you are talking about)
