AFKer in EVERY placement

Just want to get an idea of how this is balanced or fair.

Pre-season change i was silver 1 100LP and in a series for gold.

Placement matches, 7 games in a row with flat out afkers and leavers. One had 2 leavers.

Fail to see how working all last year for 9 promotions can get COMPLETELY disgregarded due to other players who just dont care.

Waiting for the nothing response from a company thats lost touch with everyone except the 1%ers.
