Can't lose trades due to shield. Her W should be point-click since its almost impossible to miss. Her Q is a braindead ability that requires no mind to use whatsoever. Her E is inescapable Her ult is inescapable. She becomes manaless after lvl 4.

Jesus, people never learn that win rate doesn't equal effectiveness or strength. Plenty of champions are plenty strong and suffer from low win rates. Just look at champions like Azir or Lee Sin the have always had lower than average win rates, but are still very strong. Hell one time Vlad suffered from a low winrate, so Riot announced they were buffing him, but the patch that was supposed to apply the buff glitched and didn't go through leaving him the same as he was last patch. But despite this his winrate climbed because people thought he was better now. Win rates are almost entirely meaningless when talking about champion balance. Camille is fine. She just requires a lot of skill to fully utilize her frankly overloaded kit now.
