Win Lane/Lose game?

So I'm a bronze adc and I don't have that much late game decision making skill. I often find myself stomping out the enemy botlane, and even if none of my teammates are feeding the enemy team seems to manage to come back and take the game. Especially if my top/mid lane got stomped. Any advice on how to sustain an advantage and carry as adc in bronze?
