RIOT, I know there has been complaints about this already but, I just have to say, why? I can't even play Veigar anymore in lane. The instant stun was the only way he can really land his abilities. Even with the instant stun, Veigar was still balanced do to him being quite squishy. In the next patch please bring back instant stuns, they aren't bad and there not unfair. Please bring back the instant stun for Veigar. I didn't pay 20 bucks to have Final Boss Veigar to act like Mini Boss Veigar. That is all I have to say, don't take this as me being hostile. I'm just upset.

No. No instant AOE Stuns.

I'd admit the instant(not really instant, .25 delay) stun was kind of too op, but adding a delay isn't the right way either. His E is an extremely unique stun, and it needs to be reworked in order to be balanced between op and worthless, fun and boring, and reliable and unreliable. I like the idea behind his new E allowing them to add more power to some of his other abilities. Currently, the problem is that 2 of his 3 basic abilities have massive delays, and his Q can't be used for harass nearly as effectively as it used to. This means that he is very weak during the laning phase, as he has no way to pressure his laning opponent other than trying to land his Q on them when they wander their way to the front of their minion wave (which won't happen often). Even then, he has no way to punish his opponent for over-extending their lane or for playing too aggressively, as he doesn't have any real way to fight. His only damage source ends up being his Q during the laning phase, which leaves him feeling extremely weak.
